1. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales made on Velarish are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

This policy is in place because perfumes and personal care products are hygiene-sensitive and cannot be resold once opened or used.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Exception)

While we do not accept returns or refunds, we will assist you in case of a genuine issue, such as:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

To report such an issue:

  • Share clear photos and/or an unboxing video as proof

After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
